Woodbridge South is a neighborhood of 184 homes on the west side of Post Falls, Idaho.  The Homeowner's Association is made up of property owners, and it is led and managed by its volunteer Board of Directors.  The Board meets monthly (unless there is no business on the agenda) on the first Wednesday of every month at 6:00pm at Kindred Bookstore.  Property owners are always welcome at Board meetings.  The 2026 annual HOA assessment is $300.00.
