Dealing with Violations

Part of the job of the HOA is to address violations of the Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions & Easements (CC&Rs) for the Woodbridge South development.  The CC&Rs can be found on this page.  All property owners are required to comply with the CC&Rs, as they are attached to the property deed.  The HOA Board of Directors does not actively patrol the neighborhood for violations; the Board generally acts on reported complaints only.  Upon receipt of a complaint, the Board will verify the violation and issue a notice to the property owner.  Under Idaho Code, property owners have 30 days to remedy the violation, after which a $100.00 fine is levied against the property.
